What to expect on your first visit
We understand that sometimes coming to a new health care provider can be a stressful` experience. We truly understand that and go to extraordinary measures to help you feel comfortable and well cared for on your first visit to our facility. Your first visit with us will include the following:

Paper Work
Of course there is paper work to be done on your first visit. Please use the links below to download and print off your paper work. That way you can have it done at your appointment time. If you do not have access to download the forms, you can surely complete them at our office. We just ask that you kindly come fifteen minutes early to complete the forms.

Consultation with Dr Gilbert
This will be a time for you to get to know one another and for Dr Gilbert to determine if you can be helped at our office. During the consultation, you will share your health concerns and Dr Gilbert will share with you his treatment philosophy and explain to you Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic

Examination
To determine if you are a candidate for upper cervical chiropractic. This exam will include range of motion check, complete examination of your spine and muscle system, and most importantly an exam of your nervous system to assess for interference.

Precision upper cervical x-rays
To determine the exact information needed to correct your upper cervical misalignment.
After your exam, your first upper cervical correction will be scheduled as well as your Report of Findings. During your report, we will show you your problem and lay out several options for care and explain each. It is always your decision whether or not to receive care and how much care you desire. There will never be any pressure in our office.
